Grab your crayons and get ready! Open to all children ages 3 to 13.

Instructions
Download and print out the coloring sheet.
One entry per child.
Entry must include child’s name, age, school, email , grade and phone number.
Entry must be dropped off at any CareSouth location in Baton Rouge, Zachary, Plaquemine, and Donaldsonville. The deadline is Feb. 11 by 5 p.m. Winners will be selected from each of our sites.
A CareSouth Committee will select the winners. Winners will be announced on Feb. 22.
Prizes will be awarded in each category. The entries will be posted on our Facebook page.
